Hotel Coco Rio "City Center" Playa del Carmen

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. They made sure we had everything we needed and were apologetic when there was a mishap with the TV in our room. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the pool, which provided a nice area to relax. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to downtown and within walking distance of a shopping plaza, making it convenient to explore the city.

Me encantó mi estancia en esta pensión. Los mejores aspectos fueron la limpieza impecable, las instalaciones del hotel, la ubicación en el corazón de la ciudad y en una zona tranquila, y la amabilidad del personal. Además, la piscina era fantástica y el desayuno delicioso, con opciones para todos los gustos. Esta pensión se encuentra cerca de bares y restaurantes, lo que facilitó encontrar lugares para comer y disfrutar de la vida nocturna de esta hermosa ciudad.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable for what you get - a comfortable room with two double beds and a balcony. The hotel is in a great location in the Italian neighborhood, just a short walk from the famous fifth avenue. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities were all provided. I also loved that breakfast was included, it made starting the day so much easier.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The attention to detail was amazing, with clean rooms and beautiful decoration throughout the property. The staff, particularly Jorge and Enoy, were friendly, kind, and went out of their way to assist us. They even allowed us to use their shower and store our luggage before the check-in time. We loved the free beach towels and access to various beach clubs. The location was excellent, being just a short 15-minute walk from the ADO bus terminal and close to the famous 5th Avenue and the beach.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff showed empathy when I arrived early and allowed me to check in after breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The hotel facilities, including the pool and seating area, were nice and well-maintained. The hotel is located near the freeway, making it convenient for accessing attractions throughout the city, including Balboa Park and the Seaport. It is also located just far enough away from the main drag of the old town, ensuring a quiet night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on 5th Avenue was perfect, with great shops and restaurants nearby. The room with 2 double beds was spacious and well-kept. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated having breakfast included in the price.
